Vendul is a punk / blackened thrash metal band playing fast and heavy old school metal, with a fairly raw sound. Two songs in this album reminded me of early Destruction (vocal shrieks and guitar in "Cursed Incantation"), but other blackened thrash bands come to mind such as Bewitcher (self-titled album), Wraith (Absolute Power) or Bloodletter. In any case, lots of fun and highly recommended !!!
